Small format orders

For small-format orders (such as gift cards, VIP cards and other small items), we may also use Deutsche Post. If the items in your cart are suitable for this shipping method, the option “Small-format shipping” or “Deutsche Post Letter” will automatically be displayed alongside the other available shipping methods.

Shipping costs are lower with this option and will be calculated accordingly during checkout. However, delivery times can vary considerably depending on the destination, and tracking is generally not available for these shipments.

If your order is time-sensitive, we therefore recommend choosing one of our standard or express shipping options instead.

Delivery inside the European Union (EU):

Due to the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR, Regulation (EU) 2025/40), we have discontinued direct shipping to private customers in other EU countries. You can find our full statement here.

Shipping within Germany and to non-EU countries will continue where possible. In some EU countries, our products will also remain available through wholesale partners.

International Shipping:

Basically, our shipping costs outside of the EU are determined by weight and location.

Important:
For orders outside of the EU, we would ask you to contact us by email shop@metwabe.de or call us on +49 (0)2154 / 823 86 61

Alternatively, write your comments in your online-order and we will contact you to find the best International delivery parcel service.

The estimated shipping costs can only be calculated if the basket is not empty.
