"Bienenfang" is our honey liqueur, which was created with exquisite bee honey, which gives it a rather sweet note. So it is perfect as an ingredient, in baked goods or other dishes.
Named after the story of the same name from the book "Mead Magic," this lovely mead plays with the taste buds.
