"Bienenfang" is our honey liqueur, which was created with exquisite bee honey, which gives it a rather sweet note. So it is perfect as an ingredient, in baked goods or other dishes.
Our "Fir Honey-Met" is an intense, resinous and woody-spicy honey wine with an authentic forest taste. The Nordic associations are unmistakable, as is the color of dark amber. A pleasure that beguiles the senses.

Those who like pepper will get their money's worth here. The whole peppercorns of the so-called "long pepper" contained here develop a very special taste.
"Mett" is eaten with onions so why not mead with onions too? An unusual but successful combination.
