The mead was fermented in 2023 with honey from that year and bottled in the same year.
So he carries on the flavor of the year.
We also filled the bottles with oak barrel chips for maturation. The mead matures - just like in the barrel - only that the barrel is practically IM mead. The special thing about it is that you can now decide for yourself when you end the barrel aging.
Whether as a gift for the 18th birthday of a child who has just been born or for other festive occasions of any kind.
There are many beautiful moments that can stem from the storage of a vintage mead.
The edition of this year is of course limited.
We are gradually unlocking new contingents. A "sold out" only means that the current contingent is sold out.
