Mead Oak Aging Original 2025 – Limited Edition
This strictly limited edition combines artisanal mead craftsmanship with the delicate aroma of French oak.
Our mead is made from high-quality multifloral honey, fermented in the same year as the harvest and bottled within the year – carrying the unique character of the 2025 vintage.
For aging, French oak chips with medium toast are added to the bottles, allowing subtle, layered aromas to develop. The mead matures as it would in a cask – only that the cask is essentially inside the bottle.
You decide when the oak aging reaches its perfect point.

The edition is strictly limited; new batches are released gradually.
