RUNENWALD Nebelhain is part of our new RUNENWALD series – a range of characterful Ritual Meads inspired by original, nature-driven flavour profiles. The RUNENWALD meads are similar in taste to our pure blossom meads, but their even higher honey content gives them more body and texture, while the overall character is generally more herbal and dry.

Nebelhain is brewed with forest honey and refined with a selected herbal blend of snake root, blessed thistle and birch leaves. The result is a bold, spicy mead with a subtle bitterness, a full honey character and a dark, earthy profile.

The RUNENWALD series stands for mead with character and edge: mystical, close to nature and a little archaic. Not simply a sweet mead for casual drinking, but a Ritual Mead with a distinctive profile, inspired by forests, herbs and Nordic mythology.
