"Bienenfang" is our honey liqueur, which was created with exquisite bee honey, which gives it a rather sweet note. So it is perfect as an ingredient, in baked goods or other dishes.
Our variation, refined with white rum, is intense and rather tart and has a glittery fog effect that makes everyone dream of the blue sea of the Caribbean.
